DESCRIPTION:On August 16\, from 19 am to 12 noon PT\, Buddhist Global Relief will host Satipaṭṭhāna in Practice\, Event 2: Mindfulness of Feeling and Mindfulness of Mind. Offered over Zoom\, this half-day of practice will be the second of a series dedicated to different establishments of mindfulness given over the course of 2025. In this session\, we’ll be focusing on the second and third establishments of mindfulness—feeling tones (vedanā) and mind (citta). \nWith decades of experience in meditation and monastic training\, Ayya Ānandabodhī and Dhammadīpā Roshi will offer guidance on developing these two establishments of mindfulness. \nRegistration is required via the BGR website.
