In our practice together\, we will be developing the Five Spiritual Faculties – saddhā (confidence or faith)\, viriya (sustained energy)\, sati (presence\, awareness)\, samadhi (collectedness of heart and mind)\, and paññā (wisdom and clear seeing) to refresh or rediscover the stability\, confidence and joy that is part of our true nature.
