SUMMARY:Settling into the Body\, Opening the Heart
DESCRIPTION:Teacher: Ayya Ānandabodhī \nWelcome to join us for an afternoon of meditation and Dhamma in Seattle. This is an invitation to settle and ground our attention in our body and breath\, to deepen awareness and to open our hearts in a shared environment of kindness and peace. The world pulls us and spins us around. Through meditation and mindfulness\, we can find our center again and rediscover the place of peace within us. \nThe afternoon of practice is offered by Parayana Vihara for both new and experienced practitioners. Ayya Anandabodhi will be offering guided meditations\, silent meditation\, Dhamma teachings\, and Q&A. Because the Dhamma is priceless\, teachings are freely offered. Your donations are appreciated to support the event. No registration required. All are welcome\, 1:30 pm – 5:30 pm.
