The Ten Paramī are: Generosity – Dāna; Morality – Sīla; Renunciation – Nekkhamma; Wisdom – Pañña; Energy – Viriya; Patience – Khanti; Truthfulness – Sacca; Resolve – Adhitthāna; Kindness – Mettā; and Equanimity – Upekkhā. \nThis week\, Ayya Ānandabodhī will explore Wisdom & Energy – Pañña & Viriya. \nWe invite you to join us for a meal and/or an afternoon Dhamma program at the Vihara: \nSchedule:\n10:30 am: Vihara opens\, arrive with dish to share before meal-time\n11:00 am: Meal offering to the monastics followed by pot-luck\, then clean-up\n12:00 pm – 12:45 pm: Tea and visiting. DESCRIPTION:Winter invites a natural deepening into silence. We welcome you to join us in Port Townsend for a day of meditation and Dhamma reflection.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nThese days of practice will be held in Noble Silence. Ayya Anandabodhi will be offering guided meditations\, Dhamma reflections and Q&A. There will be times of silent practice as well as guided practice\, times of stillness\, as well as movement. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister here. More detailed information will be provided upon registration. \nThe Dhamma is priceless and these days of practice are freely offered.\nDonations to support the monastics and those providing the venue are greatly appreciated.\nThere will be a donations basket at the event and donations can also be made online.
